  Waited over ten minutes at customer service point Stoll no service . wantedvto buy a product worth over a hundred dollars that's on speacil in the catoluge no stock.

  Had an eye test this morning and went on time. I was standing next to the counter and no other customers were there. There were two sales girls but neither of them looked at me or even talked to me. Then there came another older lady ( a customer) from the other side of the counter and both of the sales girls talked to that lady and asked the reason for there.

  Terrible customer service there were 4 women huddled around talking to each other. My self serve had an error as soon as I scanned something and trying to get their attention took ten minutes. No apologies just a snear from the older women with short salt pepper hair and then she ran off and started chatting again.

  I felt so embarrassed and was treated differently as I have dark skin. I asked them why was that. Then the girls were very defensive. then I cancelled the appointment as I had no faith on them. Complained to the Manager- Daniel. I will not be there any more.

  Very unprofessional the female staff would prefer to stand arpund and talk instead of doing their jobs. Fire these useless staff members that are only there to socialize!
