  My partner decided to take his Subaru to Llewellyn Subaru Booval for a scheduled warranty service after reading poor reviews from other Subaru dealers that are closer to home. Customer service from guy at front desk was great. Car was serviced and returned within 2hrs as promised. Fantastic..so far.

  Let this be a warning to others! Never taking back, not even to correct this issue. Cannot be trusted with dodgy practices like this.

  Have just been through a Subaru purchase from Llewellyn and am extremely happy with the process. The guys we dealt with (Nick and Jaclyn) were great - friendly and helpful. The team helped us work out how bits and pieces on the new cars worked while we sat there like idiots playing with all the switches. We found a small scratch on one of the cars and they are going to pick it up and get if fixed while providing a replacement vehicle for the day and drop off some mats.

  Part of the service included an oil and oil filter change, confirmed by front desk guy with checklist sighted. Upon returning home, my partner decided to check the oil - it was black! How can this be when he payed for an oil and oil filter replacement? New oil should be clear as honey. He was also charged with a windscreen reservoir top off when it was already full?
