    Great place for groceries shopping. Can do pick-up service when the loads are too much or for elderly people who can't carry stuff to car.

    I hope that they listen to their customers and rectify this issue because there are thousands of customers that deal with this issue every week. Maybe if Woolworths provided better service they would outdo Coles in the race to be the best???

    Greatly disappointing as Woolworths and Coles, despite numerous phone calls still provide the 'out of stock' line when people do their online ordering. How is this providing good customer service when you have people who cannot go shopping due to physical disabilities? Perhaps Woolworths needs to put customers first rather than their profit margin.
